Charlotte Ladegård is a ceramic artist and crafts geek located in Oslo, Norway. After studying three-dimensional techniques at Einar Granum School of fine art from 2010-12, she went on to the Art and Craft department at Oslo National Academy of the Arts. In 2015 she graduated with a BFA in medium and material based arts, with a specialization in ceramics.

Charlotte works with her production of unika ceramics full time from Studio M20 in Gamlebyen, Oslo. Inspired both by industrial ceramics and traditional japanese pottery, her products bring together precise forms and unpredictable glazes in a range of different techniques and expressions.

In 2018 she started a four year project creating four collections of tableware: Øst, Nord, Vest and Sør (East, North, West, South). Each collection is centered around the different geographical regions’ food culture, geographical characteristics and craft traditions. The Øst-collection was the first one out in 2018, Nord is under production in 2019 and the remaining two, Vest and Sør, will follow up in 2020-21.
